Glastonbury Festival is committed to protecting your personal information. Your personal information provided as part of this booking form will be stored and processed by the Festival Access Team solely for the purpose of providing you with the requested/ required tickets & access provision.

Your personal information provided may be shared with GFEL contracted companies (e.g. ticket printers) solely for the purpose of issuing you with the requested/ required tickets/ access and will never be shared with or sold to other third parties.

Your personal data will be retained for a maximum of 12 months before being securely deleted. Personal supporting documentation will be securely deleted as soon as you receive confirmation of your access application.

A note on special category data: In order to submit your access application for the festival's access facilities you will be required to provide certain information which is considered to be 'special category data' under UK data protection legislation. Before finishing and submitting your application form you will be asked (on the final page of the form) to provide your explicit consent to the festival processing your special category data. We need this information in order to process your application and to make the necessary arrangements for access facilities at the festival.
